1 lb. Italian Sausage
2 cans Tomato Sauce
2 cans Tomato Paste
1/2 cup Water
1/2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 carton Ricotta Cheese
3 cups Mozzarella Cheese
1 Egg
1 tsp. Parsley
12 Manicotti Noodles (cooked & drained)
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Sausage and drain. Remove half of sausage and set aside. Stir tomato sauce, tomato paste, water and brown sugar into sausage. Cook 15 minutes. Combine remaining sausage, ricotta, 2 cups mozzarella, egg and parsley. In 9x13 pan, pour 1/3 of the sauce mixture. Stuff manicotti noodles with cheese mixture and place on top of sauce. Pour remaining sauce over the noodles. Top with 1 cup mozzarella. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered at 350º for 20 minutes.
