1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1 C chicken broth
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned dressing mix
2 1/2 C cooked & diced chicken ( I use breast)
3/4 C onion, diced
1/2 C celery, diced
3/4 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1/2 C mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 1/2 C sweet milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
grated cheese for topping (opt)

Preheat oven to 325º
Mix butter & broth with dressing mix, tossing lightly. Place 1/2 of the mixture in a buttered 9x13 pyrex baking dish. Mix chicken, onion, celery, salt, pepper & mayo together. Spread over dressing. Cover with remaining dressing.
Beat eggs & milk together & pour over the top of the casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 8 hrs. Remove from refrigerator an hour before cooking. Spread soup over the top & bake for 40 mins. sprinkle with grated cheese the last 3-4 mins. of cooking.
