1 tall can of Red Salmon
3 eggs
2 T sweet milk
1 stack saltine crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Drain salmon reserving the strained liquid. Skin, debone & lightly rinse salmon. In a bowl, beat eggs, add salmon, milk, crushed crackers & strained liquid from can. Mixture should look a little sloppy.
Heat vegetable or canola oil to med/high heat.Pat salmon mixture into little balls, logs and patties to your liking. Fry until deep golden brown.

This is her guideline....we've always tripled the recipe, because we love it, hot or out of the ice box the next day! Sometimes I'll add some bacon grease to the oil. These are good with lots of pepper sauce and ketchup.
