8 ounces cream cheese.
1 pound uncooked shrimp (peeled)
2 cups heavy cream
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 to 2 cups of Parmesan cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 tablespoon or more of minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste

1 pound fettuccine noodles

Directions:
Directions:
1. cook noodles with 2 tablespoons of olive oil in water for 7 min.
2. in separate 4 quart saucepan add cream cheese and cut into pieces
3. add the heavy cream and heat slowly (careful to not scorch)
4. add peas, sour cream, cheese until melted together.
5. in a separate pan sauté garlic in 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add shrimp over medium heat until pink
( careful not to over cook)
6. Add cooked shrimp to the 4 quart pan containing the sauce, fold into sauce
7. combine with pasta or serve in separate serving bowl
8. add cracked pepper or salt to taste (optional)
8. add parmesan cheese at garnish
