1/2 cup cooking sherry
1/2 cup good soy sauce
1/4-1/2 crushed garlic (more if you like)
1/4-1/2 teaspoon ginger (or a bit more if fresh crushed)
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil

All these can be increased to taste and volume needs.

Mix all ingredients and marinate meat for at least five hours (overnight in refrigerator is best)

This is my Dad's marinade we use for "juicy meat" or London Broil. While cooking the meat (medium rare to medium) head left over marinade on stove until a boil. Carve meat into thin slices going with the grain of the meat. Pure some of the hot marinade over the meat. Save the rest for those who want more.
