4 slices prosciutto
4 filets white fish
1.5 tbsp dijon
1 tbsp chopped chives
freshly ground salt and pepper
4 sticks Havarti (about 1 oz each)
12 spears asparagus (plunged into boiling water for 3 mins then into cold water)
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp flour
1 cup chicken stock
1/2 white wine
1 tbsp lemon zest

Directions:
Directions:
Lay prosciutto on work surface and place fish filets on top. Spread with mustard, sprinkle with chives and season.

Roll up 1 stick of cheese and 3 asparagus cubes in each ham/fish layer. Secure with toothpicks

Melt butter in skillet and saute rolls until golden. Set aside.

Add flour to skillet and cook 1 min then whisk in chicken stock, wine and lemon zest. Bring to a boil and simmer 2-3 mins. Add fish rolls to skillet, cover and cook 5-7 mins. Adjust seasoning and serve.
