1 can Rotel tomatoes with chiles
1 c. frozen corn kernels
1 can black beans (drained & rinsed)
2 frozen boneless chicken breasts (no need to thaw)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 packet dry ranch dressing
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook 6-8 hours (cream cheese on top). Shred chicken, stir to combine all ingredients, and enjoy!

This is super easy but tastes great.
Optional: sprinkle with shredded cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
