5 lb. ground beef
3 onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
1 gal. tomato sauce
1 gal. chili beans
1 gal. stewed or diced tomatoes
3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
4 tsp. dried parsley
2 tsp. garlic powder
4 to 5 envelopes Williams chili seasoning

Garnishes:
Shredded Cheddar Cheese or Cheese Sauce
Finely Diced Onions (green onions are great for this)
Sour Cream
Frito Chips or Crackers

Directions:

Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper in large skillet or Dutch oven. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and parsley. Transfer to a large stock pot. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, chili beans and chili seasonings. Simmer on low 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly, stirring frequently. NOTE: Add chili seasoning to taste. Garnish with your favorite garnished listed. To make Frito Pies just cover bottom of the bowl with Frito corn chips. Cover with chili and garnish with cheese sauce, onions and sour cream.
