6 medium size new potatoes (more or less, according to how many will eat!)
Whole Milk
1/2 stick margarine
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Scrape and quarter new potatoes. Place in pan and barely cover with water. Salt according to taste. Boil until tender. remove from heat and add margarine. Slowly and gently stir in enough milk to make a good white soup. Pepper to taste.

My brother, Eddie Flanders, named this dish. He told Mama these potatoes made him happy so she called them Happy Taters!
