Directions:
Directions:
(use rapid rise Fleischmann’s yeast)

Add to mixing bowl with dough hook:
4 C. all-purpose flour
2 pkg. yeast
½ C. sugar
1 ½ tsp. salt

½ C. butter
1 ½ C. water
Heat on stove top until
it reaches 125-130 degrees

add to flour mixture
mix for 2 minutes
add 2 eggs, mix 1 minute

1 ½ C. flour
Add ¼ C. at a time gradually until
Dough leaves side of bowl
For 8-10 minutes
Take out beaters
Make a dough ball
Coat with oil
Cover with plastic wrap and towel
Place in warm place
(inside a cold oven with oven light on
Works well)
Let rise for 10 minutes
Until dough almost doubles in size
Punch down
Shape into rolls
(see Parker House Rolls recipe)
