Extra Large or Jumbo Shrimp (peeled & deveined)
Pecans (Very finely chopped)
Bacon
Bar-B-Q Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and devein shrimp. Split the back open about 1/2 way through the shrimp. Dip the back of the shrimp into finely chopped pecans so that the pecans fill the split in the shrimp. Wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around the shrimp and secure with a toothpick. Brush both sides of the bacon with your favorite bar-b-q sauce. Grill over medium heat about 3-5 minutes on each side--just until bacon is cooked. Enjoy--they are delicious!
