2 cups butter softened but not oily
1 cup icing sugar
1 cup cornstarch
3 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add icing sugar, mix well.
Add flour/cornstarch gradually, until dough begins to crack.
Roll into balls or shape accordingly.
Bake at 350 for 12-14min or until cookies just begin to brown.
Carefully remove cookies to cooling racks
