2 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar, 1 T lemon juice
2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla
24 vanilla wafers.(This recipe makes 24 cheesecakes)

1 can pie filling, any flavor. (Kind that says more fruit)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cream cheese and sugar. Mix, adding eggs, one at a time.
Add vanilla and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.

In cupcake pans, place paper liners. Put 1 vanilla wafer in each liner.
Divide cream cheese mixture evenly among 24 wafers.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until set. Cool.
Top each cheesecake with the pie filling.
Store in refrigerator.
