1-1/4 cups chocolate cookie crumbs or chocolate graham cracker crumbs(about 24 cookies)
1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened.
1 14 oz can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
2/3 cup chocolate flavored syrup
2 T instant coffee, optional
1 tsp hot water
1 cup (1/2 pint) whipping cream, whipped.

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, combine crumbs, sugar, and margarine.
In buttered 13 x 9 in baking dish, pat crumb mixture firmly on bottom and up
sides of dish. Chill.
In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy, add Eagle Brand milk and
chocolate syrup.
In small bowl, dissolve coffee in water, add to Eagle Brand mixture.
Mix well.
Fold in whipped cream. Pour over crumbs in prepared dish.
Cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.
Can serve with chocolate syrup over top.
Keep in freezer.
