3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
pinch (1/8) cinnamon
i c. butter cold
1 egg
4 c. blueberries. prefer fresh, but frozen will work
1/2 c. sugar
4 T. cornstarch
1/2 large lemon zest and juice

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. In a bowl combine the sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Cut butter into small pieces and then cut it into the flour mixture with a pastry cutter or 2 knives. Add the egg and mix it in with a fork. The batter will be crumbly. In a separate in a small bowl, mix the 1/2 c sugar the lemon zest, 4 T. cornstarch. Mix the berries with the lemon juice in a large bowl. Gently mix in the sugar lemon mixture with a spatula. Try not to squash the berries. In a 9x13" pan spray with PAM or use parchment paper. Pat 2/3 of the flour mixture in the bottom of the pan. Cover with the blueberry mixture. Sprinkle the 1/3 of the flour mixture over the top. Bake 40 min until the top is slightly brown. Cool completely before cutting.
