Directions:
Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with about 1 inch of water.

Bring the water to a boil and then cover tightly with lid and remove from heat. Let stand about 20 minutes.

Transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water and let stand until completely cooled.

Refrigerate.
