3 oz. pkg. French Vanilla pudding mix
1 c. buttermilk
small can chunk pineapple
small can Tropical fruit or fruit cocktail
2 bananas & any other desired fruit, grapes, peaches, nectarines, etc.
small carton Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding with buttermilk. Drain all canned fruits reserving pineapple juice to add as needed. Mix fruit with pudding and fold in Cool Whip. Keep refrigerated.

Cans of fruit may be larger or doubled if you prefer less of the pudding mixture. This recipe came from my mother's next door neighbor. Can be served as salad or dessert.
