8-10 potatoes
3 cans of tuna fish with olive oil (our favorite brand is Tonino Genova)
1 can chick peas (optional)
1 can black olives (optional)
6 hard boiled eggs
Seasonings: Portuguese or Italian Olive oil & hot sauce

Directions:

1. Cook, peel and cube potatoes
2. Cook eggs and cut them
3. Combine potatoes, tuna fish with olive oil, check peas, olives, eggs
4. Season with ore olive oil and hot sauce

We always have the ingredients on hand, great quick meal especially on Friday's during lent. The tuna fish brand we use really makes the meal.
