2 full racks baby back ribs
1 bottle of BBQ Sauce (I like Rays)

Dry Rub:
1/4 c brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbs salt
1 1/2 tbs pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1: Remove the membrane off the back of the ribs. Cut each rack in half.
2: Rub the ribs down with the above dry rub recipe. Place in large ziplock bags and let rest in fridge for a few hours.
3: Removing from fridge and squirt directly into the bag enough BBQ sauce to cover the ribs. Let marinate over night.
4: Place ribs with marinate in two 9x13 pans and cover with tin foil. Bake at 300' for 2 hours basting occasionally
5: Finish under broiler or on grill to brown
