1 box refrigerated pie crust softened
2 1/2 cups chicken, cut up
2 cups steamers frozen mixed vegetables, slightly precooked
1 cup cooked diced potato
2 ½ cups homemade or other chicken gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Bring pie crust to room temperature
In two-quart saucepan prepare gravy
Stir in chicken and vegetables.
Line pie pan with one crust; fill with chicken mixture.
Top with second pie crust, seal edges and crimp.
Make several slits on the top of crust.
Brush with egg wash if desired.
Bake at 425 degrees 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Cover rim of crust with foil half way through cooking to prevent burning.
Cool and enjoy!
