1/4 bottle of hot sauce
2 lbs fancy shrimp (or chicken)
1/4 cup fresh parsley
3 pkgs. of Goya Con Azafran (look for shrimp on box)
2 cans of beer
1 stick of real butter
4 forkfuls of minced garlic
1/4 cup of olive oil
juice of 2 fresh lemons

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan, saute garlic U parsley. Add beer, olive oil, lemon juice, Goya and hot sauce. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add shrimp or chicken. Cook until tender.
