2 Dozen Little Neck Clams
½ Cup Olive Oil
¼ Cup White Wine
3-4 Tbsp of Minced Garlic
1 Tsp Parsley
1 Tbsp of Crushed Red Pepper
1 Small Onion, Chopped
1 Tomato
1 Half of Roasted Red Pepper, from Jar, Sliced
1 Tbsp of Butter
½ Lemon, Squeezed

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly wash clams.
Combine all ingredients and bring to a slow boil.
Add clams until they open (around 10 minutes).
Serve with rolls and butter.
