2 8oz cream cheese
3 eggs
½ c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Vanilla Wafers

Beat first 4 ingredients together until fluffy.

Put cupcake papers in cupcake pan with a vanilla wafer at the bottom of cupcake paper.

Add mixed ingredients over cookie until half full. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Let cool and top with favorite pie filling. Refrigerate to stay firm.
