1 refrigerated pie crust
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 rounded T flour
1 stick butter (softened, not melted)
3 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
cinnamon or nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Let pie crust come to room temperature. Unfold and arrange in pie plate. Whisk together sugar and flour. Add butter and mix well with electric mixer. Add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla, mixing well after each addition. Pour into pie crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg, your preference. Bake at 350º for 50-55 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
