1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 T. cocoa
1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mini chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa. In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, then stir in the vanilla, banana and sour cream. Gently mix in the dry ingredients and chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake for aprox. 60 minutes or until wooden cake tester comes out clean.

Allow bread to rest in pan for 10 minutes before turning out on wire rack to cool.
