2 eggs
2 T. lemon juice
4 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Stir ingredients until blended. Pour by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry and tops are bubbly. Turn to cook other side.
