1 c. flour
2 T. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 T. vegetable oil
1 large egg, lightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Make a well in the center of the mixture.

Combine buttermilk, oil and egg. Add to flour mixture, stirring until smooth.

Spoon about 1/4 cup batter onto hot nonstick griddle. Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.
