½ cup vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dry mustard
grated onion

Beat with beater I usually make ½ of this recipe for 1 head of cabbage. very good

½ cup oil
¼ cup white vinegar
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. celery seed
½ tsp. dry mustard
¼ cup grated onion
1 medium head cabbage, shredded

In a large serving bowl with electric mixer, mix all ingredients except cabbage. Add cabbage, mix and
chill until ready to serve. This recipe may be doubled. Serves 8.
