For Cake:
1 box yellow cake
3 oz pk. lemon Jello
¾ C hot water
¾ C vegetable.oil
4 eggs
2-3 tbs. lemon juice

For Icing:
1 ½ C powdered sugar
½ stick butter (melted)
3/4 tbs. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 325º

Prepare a 9 x13 baking dish with cooking spray.

Pour Jello in to hot water and allow to cool down for 30 minutes

Add the Jello mixture to the cake mix and mix. Mix in 1 egg at a time then mix in the oil

Bake for 1 hour

For icing:
Mix ingredients together and drizzle over the cake once it has cooled
