1 cup celery, diced coarsely
cup green onion, diced
2 T. green pepper, diced
2 T. pimento, diced
1-4 oz. can sliced black olives
2 cups cooked bay shrimp
1-10 oz. bag peas, frozen
1 cup mayonnaise
2 T. cream
2 T. white vinegar
1 cup cashews
1-5 oz. can Chinese noodles

In large serving bowl, mix together first 7 ingredients. In small mixing bowl, mix together mayo, cream and vinegar. Add to first 7 ingredients and mix well. Chill at least hour before serving. Just before serving, add noodles and cashews. Serves 8.
