4-6 chicken breasts
Flour, salt, pepper
1 shallot
1/2 cup white wine
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 Tbsp capers
Fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Take chicken breasts, pounded thin, dredge in flour and lightly season with salt and pepper.

Melt butter over medium heat. Saute chicken until brown, about 3-5 minutes per side. Remove from heat and keep warm.

Add 1 minced shallot to skillet, cook one minute.

Stir into butter shallot mixture 1/2 cup white wine, 1/3 cup lemon juice and 3 Tbsp capers. Cook five minutes. Add fresh chopped parsley. Place chicken back in pan to warm, coating with sauce.
