Ingredients:  
1 beaten egg, 1/2 cup milk, 1 slice bread
1 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp basil, 1/8 tsp oregano
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 lb ground round or sirlion
1/2 grated onion, or 2 T onion flakes

Sauce
1 10 oz jar grape jelly or jellied cranberry sauce
1 cup catsup 2 T onion flakes
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 tsp jarred minced garlic
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, optional

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, add egg, milk and slice of bread. Let stand a few minutes.
Add:
paprika, salt, oregano, basil, Parmesan cheese, onion and beef. Mix thoroughly.
Bake in 350º oven until well browned. (20 minutes)
If making a head, at this point, cool and put in plastic bags and freeze.
When ready to serve, put in 4 qt crockpot.
Mix together jelly, catsup, onion flakes, chili powder, minced garlic, black
pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Pour over meatballs in crockpot. Heat thoroughly and serve.
