¼ cup sugar
2 tsp corn starch
1 ½ cups milk
2 eggs beaten
½ tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and corn starch in a 4 cup microwave safe bowl. Gradually stir in milk. Microwave on high for 4 minutes or until the mixture boils and thickens slightly, stirring every 2 minutes. Whisk about 1/3 of the hot mixture into eggs; return egg mixture to bowl. Microwave on medium high for 30 seconds or until just thickened. Stir in vanilla. Cover surface completely with plastic wrap. Cool to room temperature. Chill. Serve with fresh cut up fruit and cookies.
