Large Crock Pot
3 lb white processed cheese, preferably American
3-4 cups chopped green chile/fairly hot to hot, is best
3-4 cups roasted red pepper/pimento
2 tsp. granulated garlic
1 to 2 cups milk depending on consistency you like.

Directions:
Cut up cheese or if sliced, place in crock pot to heat evenly on low-medium heat .
Add 1/2 milk, stirring frequently to a cheese sauce (Fondue) consistency,
Continue adding milk as cheese melts.
When melted completely. Do not burn. Add Green and Red Chile (or Pimento)
Sprinkle garlic into mixture. Stir several times until all the cheese is melted and you can spoon it but it does not Run like liquid, more like a Fondue.
You may add milk to the consistency you like your queso for dipping.
You may keep heat on low if at a party but be careful to stir and keep from burning.
Serve with chips or vegetables. MERRY CHRISTMAS
