Into a bowl put 2 cups warm water and 2 cubes butter cut up into pieces. Heat until butter is dissolve.

Pour into a large bowl and add:
1 cup sugar
5 tsp salt

Add:
1 cup evaporated milk
2 cups water
Let cool to luke warm. Add 5 beaten eggs and 8 tsps yeast. Stir or beat.

Then add about 14 - 15 cups of flour. 3 cups at a time. Knead lightly and let rest 10 minutes. Then knead until smooth.

Let rise until double in bulk. Make into rolls and let rise until double. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes or until nicely brown.

Cinnamon Rolls
Use white roll recipe.
Roll out about 3/8" thick on flouredboard. Butter top of dough. Sprinke cinnamon over whole top and cover with 1 pkg of brown sugar. Roll into a roll and cut.

Sauce
Put into a pan with the below ready and cool:
1/2 cube butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup.
Heat over very low heat in pan until mixture is disolved.
