2 3oz pkg. French Vanilla Instant Pudding
3 cups Milk
1 8 oz. container Cool Whip
Graham Crackers
2 squares Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
10 tbsp. Oleo
2 tbsp. Karo Syrup
3 tbsp. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar

Directions:

Mix milk and pudding. Fold in Cool Whip. Line bottom of 9x13 pan with graham crackers. Spread half of pudding mixture over crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers followed by the rest of the pudding mixture. Cover with graham crackers. refrigerate 10 hours or more. Melt chocolate and oleo. Add sugar, syrup, milk and vanilla. Mix and pour over the top layer of graham crackers.
