3 eggs
1 3/4 cups sugar
2 cups pumpkin
3/4 cup oil
1 cup raisins
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
A wee bit of ginger and allspice (maybe 1/4 of teaspoon or less)

Caramel Icing
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons milk or cream
1 1/2 cup icing sugar

Directions:
Beat eggs and sugar. Add pumpkin and oil. Add dry ingredients, then raisins. Bake at 350˚F in a cookie sheet (big one) for 25 to 30 min.

Carmel Icing
Melt margarine and brown sugar and cook for 2 minutes, stirring. Add milk and stir until it boils. Remove from heat and cool. When cool, add icing sugar and ice the cake. Eat, eat and eat. It is yummy!
