2 T cocoa
1 cup milk
pinch of salt
1 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Bake cake per directions on box. While cake is cooking make icing 10 -15 minutes before done.

Combine sugar, milk, salt, and cocoa in sauce pan. Heat over medium flame. Stir often. Cook until a soft ball stage is reached. Take off stove and add butter and vanilla. Make holes throughout cake with knife or spoon and pour icing over chocolate cake into holes to make cake moist with icing. Pour remaining icing on top. Cake can be served warm or cooled. Once cooled the icing will crystallize.
