3 cups flour
1 + 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 + 1/2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and baking powder
Add water to form the dough and knead a few times.
Let sit still for 5 to 10 minutes.
Break into balls.
Heat a fry pan on medium to high for about 4 minutes.
Roll dough with a rolling pin until it is flat and rounded.
Place the roti in the pot or hot Tawa for 30 seconds or until you see a bubble on top.
Flip the roti few times until it is cooked.
Place roti in microwave for one minute.
Butter and serve.
