2 cups cubed chicken breasts
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons pimento
salt and pepper to taste
Crescent dinner rolls
4 ounces of cream cheese
2 tablespoons milk
1 to 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1can mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until well done; debone and cube. Melt cream cheese and butter on stove and mix with chicken. Add milk, pimento, onion, salt and pepper and mix well. Using Crescent rolls, leave as squares and spread 1/2 cup of chicken mixture into the center of each roll. Bring up corners and pinch at top. Brush with butter, and sprinkle top with Pepperidge Farm Dressing Mix if desired. Bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.

Heat mushroom soup with the rest of the pimentos and spoon over the top.
