1/4 c. Green Pepper, diced
1/4 c. Red Pepper, diced
1/2 c. Onion, diced
2 T. Butter
2 c. White Albacore Tuna, drained
3 c. Medium Egg Noodles
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 c. Milk
1/2 c. Mayonnaise
1 can Peas, drained
1 c. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Potato Chips, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Boil noodles in water until tender. Rinse, set aside. In a large saucepan saute peppers and onion in butter. When soft, add soups, milk and cheese. Heat through. In a large mixing bowl, flake drained tuna. Mix in peas and mayonnaise. Add noodles to bowl. Pour sauce onto noodles and tuna. Mix well. Top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 425º until bubbly, about 20-30 minutes.
