2 cups cooked chicken
1 package Uncle Ben's Wild Rice (not instant)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 medium jar chopped pimento
1 medium chopped onion
1 cup mayonnaise
2 (16 ounces) cans French-style green beans (drained)
1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
Paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
chopped parsley

Directions:

Boil chicken in seasoned water, debone and chop. Cook wild rice in chicken broth with a little less liquid than directions on package. Mix with other ingredients. Place in large casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika and chopped parsley. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
