2 pork tenderloins
Salt and pepper
1 pint of heavy cream
Stone ground mustard with seeds. (1 jar)

Directions:
Directions:
Salt and pepper both pork tenderloins and then spread mustard covering on all sides of the pork. A good thin layer. (This will crust up when baked). Put in oven at 350 and bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven.
While the pork is cooking put cream in a good sauce pan and bring to a rolling boil. Stir with wooden spoon until it reduces to 8 ounces. Reduce heat and add 2 large tablespoons of the stone ground mustard to the cream. Serve warm in a small gravy boat with the pork.
Garlic mashed potatoes goes well with this dish
