1/2 of 1 pkg (15 oz) refrigerated rolled pie crusts
2 cups sliced peaches
2 cups raspberries
1 cup half-and-half
1 egg
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400ºF. Fit pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish. Place fruit in pie crust and spread evenly.

In a small bowl, combine half-and-half, egg, sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt; stir until well blended. Pour over fruit.

Place pie in oven and bake at 400 ºF for 50 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely on wire rack before serving.
