6 small potatoes
1-1 oz. packet ranch dressing mix
¼ cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
3 green onions, sliced
½ cup bacon bits

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes until fork tender done. Scoop potato out of skins into a medium bowl. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Fill potato skins with mixture. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until heated through.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
