carrots, sliced
onions, sliced
broccoli, peeled and cut
squash, cut (or any vegetables you like)
10 ounces chicken broth
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/3 cup Karo Syrup, Dark
1 and 1/2 pounds chicken or pork cut in 1-inch cubes

Saute' vegetables in canola oil until tender crisp, then set aside. Saute' chicken or pork. Mix together the rest of the ingredients in a separate sauce pan and bring to boil. Once sauce is thickened, stir into the sautéed chicken and vegetables. Serve over steamed rice.
