Ingredients:  
20 oz can unsweetened crushed pineapple with juice.
1-1/4 cup sugar
3 T cornstarch
2 T margarine

2 unbaked pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.
Add crushed pineapple and juice. Mix.
Cook until clear and thick.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Brush rim with cold water to seal
Add top crust. Flute.
Brush top with milk
Bake 400º for 20 - 25 minutes until lightly golden.

For the milk used on top of pie. I thaw a cube of Carnation milk.
