Ingredients:  
4 - 6 chicken breasts depending on size
2 T butter or margarine
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared mustard (French)
Salt to taste (sprinkle salt over chicken)
1/4 to 1/2 tsp curry powder optional
1 15 oz can french cut green beans, reserve juice.(or low sodium french cut)
1 15 oz can whole kernel corn, reserve juice.

Served with mashed potatoes.

Rinse chicken breasts, pat dry with paper towels. Put into large baking dish.
Melt butter, add juice from green beans, curry, honey, mustard. Blend.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 375º for 40 minutes.
Remove from oven and add green beans. Return to oven, baking another
20 minutes.
Heat corn in saucepan.Add juice to rest of juice in baking dish.
Mash potatoes.
To serve, put juice from baking dish over mashed potatoes as a gravy.
