Ingredients:

1/4 head of cabbage
1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar
4 T of whole milk* (1 cube of Carnation, 3 T of skim milk)
2 T cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage into bowl
Mix together, sugar, milk and vinegar
Stir mixture into cabbage
Refrigerate

* I buy a 5 oz can of Carnation milk. I freeze the contents in an ice cube tray.
When frozen, I transfer to a small plastic bag and store in freezer.
For the milk in this recipe, I use one cube of Carnation and 3 T of skim milk.
