Bacon
Grandma's Cinnamon Rolls
Roasted new potatoes, onions and peppers
Baked Garlic Cheese Grits
Sausage & Egg Casserole
Christmas Punch

Directions:
Prepare and freeze the punch up to 2 weeks ahead of time.

Prepare and freeze the cinnamon rolls up to 1 month ahead of time.

On Christmas Eve, prepare the casserole and chop the fruit and veggies.

In order to eat at 8:30 a.m., here is the timetable I use:

3:30 a.m. - Take punch out of freezer

7:10 a.m. - Take casserole and veggies out of fridge; Preheat oven to 425º

7:15 a.m. - Put veggies in oven; Prepare grits

7:40 a.m. - Remove veggies from oven; Reduce heat to 350º; Put casserole in oven

7:55 a.m. - Put grits in oven

8:15 a.m. - Add ginger ale to punch

8:20 a.m. - Remove casserole and grits from oven; Reduce heat to 200º; Put cinnamon rolls and veggies in oven until ready to serve; Cook bacon
